My Payment Didn't Add Credits

Paid for credits but don't see them on your balance? Here's what to check.

1. Give it a moment

Confirmation usually takes only a few seconds, but some payment methods take longer:

  • PayPal (USD) typically confirms quickly.
  • Midtrans bank transfer (IDR) can be pending until the transfer is received. Once it clears, your credits are added automatically — you don't need to do anything.

2. Refresh your balance

Reload your Console to refresh the balance display. If the payment confirmed, your new total appears there — see Checking Your Balance.

3. Check your transaction history

Your transaction history shows top-ups as they're recorded. If your payment appears there, the credits were added.

You won't be double-charged or double-credited

Credits are granted once per payment. Even if a confirmation is received more than once, your balance is only ever increased a single time for that payment — so there's no risk of being double-credited (or having a single payment counted twice against you).

Still missing after it confirmed?

If your payment provider shows the charge as completed but the credits still haven't appeared after refreshing and waiting, keep your payment reference handy and reach out through Support so we can match the payment to your account.
