My Server Stopped on Its Own
If a server stopped without you stopping it, the most common reason is a low credit balance.
Most likely: you ran out of credits
A running server is charged one hour at a time. If your balance can't cover the next hour, the server is gracefully stopped so your balance never goes negative. This looks like the server stopping "on its own."
To get it running again:
- Check your balance.
- Buy credits to top up.
- Start the server again.

Your data is safe
A graceful stop is a clean shutdown — your save data is kept. Nothing is deleted just because the server stopped. You pick up where you left off when you start it again.
Check the Activity Log
The server's Activity Log records when it was stopped (and any error), which confirms what happened and when.
Avoiding surprise stops
- Keep your balance ahead of the hourly rate.
- Stop servers yourself when nobody's playing so credits last longer.
- Consider a smaller size for a lower hourly rate.
