- How does billing work?
- You purchase credits ($1 = 1 credit). Each game server costs a set amount of credits per hour. Your server runs as long as you have credits.
- What happens when my credits run out?
- Your server will be gracefully shut down. Your data is preserved for 7 days so you can top up and resume.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
