Quick checks first

Before diving in, two things solve most problems:

1. Check your credit balance. A low balance stops servers and blocks new ones — see Checking Your Balance.
2. Check the server status. Many issues are just a server that's still Starting or has hit an Error — see Understanding Server Status.

Still stuck? The Activity Log on each server records errors and changes that can help pinpoint what happened.
