Checking Your Balance

Your credit balance is the pool your running servers spend from. Keeping an eye on it helps you avoid a server stopping unexpectedly.

Where to find your balance

Your current balance is shown at the top of your Console dashboard, formatted in your wallet currency:

• USD wallets see amounts like $25.00.
• IDR wallets see amounts like Rp 250.000.

When your balance changes

Your balance goes up when you buy credits and down as your servers are charged each hour. Every change is recorded — see Viewing Transactions for the full history of top-ups and hourly charges.

Keeping enough credit

A running server is charged one hour at a time. If your balance can't cover the next hour, the server is gracefully stopped so your balance never goes negative — see Running Out of Credits. To avoid interruptions, top up before your balance gets too low.

Use Buy Credits in the Console whenever you need more. See Buying Credits for the available amounts and payment methods for your currency.
