Enshrouded is resource-heavy, so it starts at a higher baseline. For larger groups, pick a larger size.
Key settings
You can configure options such as the server name, password, maximum players, and gameplay difficulty/balance settings (day and night length, combat and survival tuning). See Editing Game Settings.
