Paying with Midtrans

If your wallet currency is IDR, you top up with Midtrans, which supports popular local payment methods.

What you can pay with

Midtrans gives you local Indonesian options:

• QRIS — scan the QR code with any QRIS-compatible app.
• GoPay — pay from your GoPay balance.
• Bank transfer (Virtual Account) — transfer to a generated VA number.

Card payments are not used for IDR top-ups — only these local methods.

How to pay

1. Open Buy Credits in your Console.
2. Select a top-up amount (in IDR).
3. Choose your method in the Midtrans window (QRIS, GoPay, or bank transfer).
4. Complete the payment. Your credits are added once Midtrans confirms it.

Pending payments

Some methods (like bank transfer) can take a little while to confirm. If your payment is pending, your credits are added automatically once the transfer is received — you don't need to do anything else.

After paying

• Your new balance appears on your Console.
• The top-up is recorded in your history — see Viewing Transactions.

Troubleshooting

If you completed payment but your balance didn't update, see My Payment Didn't Add Credits.

Credits are granted only once per payment, so you won't be double-credited if a confirmation arrives more than once.
