Buying Credits
You add credits to your balance from the Buy Credits page in your Console. The payment method and price list are determined automatically by your wallet currency.
Which payment method you'll use

How to buy credits
- Open Buy Credits in your Console.
- Choose one of the fixed top-up amounts for your currency.
- Complete payment with your gateway.
- Your balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Fixed top-up amounts
Credits are sold in fixed amounts per currency (there's no custom amount field). Because 1 credit = 1 unit of currency, the amount you pay is exactly the credits you receive.
When credits are added
Credits are granted once per payment, as soon as the payment is confirmed. This is designed to be safe against double-counting — even if a confirmation arrives more than once, your balance is only ever increased a single time for that payment.
